MRC Winning again

Another stellar performance from Mansfield Road Club’s supervet rider club member Steve Shaw in todays’ round of the season long Velo 99 road race series.

As always, Steve was in the thick of the action in the handicap race league. Having caught the group ahead, their group then had to endure the pace of the younger riders, until the final lap. Steve hung on to win the bunch sprint in his category to maintain his position in the league table.

He finished 1st in group, contested the sprint, and finished 5th overall.

Chapau Steve.
