Major Flooding at Church Laneham

A lot of standing water about on todays Mansfield Road Club ride out to Church Laneham.

We had to make a detour as the roads were flooded at Low Marnham and we were concerned we wouldn’t be able to get to the Country Kitchen Cafe at the  Ferryboat Inn.

Water was virtually level with the road as we approached Church Laneham and the flood water was right up to the cafe entrance as you can see on the photograph above.

All in all another great ride out for us……  keep pedalling!
