The present winter cold spell and minus temperatures that are with us, understandably, stops a lot of riders venturing outdoors due to black ice fears.
Many riders now turn to indoor turbo trainers, using Zwift or Wahoo etc. Other alternatives mean hitting the gym and using Wattbikes or other cardio alternatives.
Whatever you choose have fun and keep pedalling.
